Five Predictions for Ohio State vs Navy
By Tony Gerdeman

COLUMBUS — What good would an upcoming game be without some corresponding predictions. With that in mind, here are five things that I am expecting to happen for the Buckeyes against Navy. Feel free to add your own in the comments below.

Is J.T. Barrett set for a big afternoon?

J.T. Barrett will have at least 332 yards of total offense.
Why did I go with that specific of a number? Because that's the number Barrett will need to have a top 20 game all-time in terms of Buckeye quarterbacks and total offense.

The coaches talked about building Barrett's confidence against Navy, which means quick passes and easy yards. Those quick passes should lead to at least one or two big plays against a Navy defense that should not be able to match up against OSU's skill players.

I have predicted a 300-yard passing day for Barrett already, but I think a more realistic number would be around 270 yards passing and 65 yards rushing. With about four total touchdowns. As a side prediction, I see him with about 170 yards passing at the half.
