Following a visit to Ohio State last weekend, 4-star defensive end Brenton Cox (6-5 250) is ready to make his decision known.

Cox, the No. 2 strongside defensive end in the nation per 247Sports and the No. 3 player at that position per the 247Sports Composite, is from Stockbridge, Georgia. Rated the No. 56 player overall in the Composite, Cox has told that he will be deciding between Ohio State and Georgia on Sunday.

Any time a player comes off of a visit ready to make a decision, you have to like the odds of the school that just got done hosting him. Unfortunately for the Buckeyes, Cox is going to make a trip to the University of Georgia this weekend before any announcements are made.

At this point, it is Ohio State with the momentum, and Crystal Ball projections have been steadily coming in for the Buckeyes over the past few days. Will OSU still have the momentum after Cox gets done with his trip to Athens? That's the big question right now.

Currently, Ohio State has just one defensive lineman commitment, but it's a big one in 5-star defensive tackle Taron Vincent. Adding a second like Cox would be right in line with the rest of this class, as the Buckeyes now have seven commitments, all rated in the Top 100 of the Composite.

While Cox is big and powerful, he is not just a bull-rusher, as he also shows good quickness and pursuit. He has a frame to carry more weight, but he already looks like a college prospect.
