Ohio State has offered 2019 quarterback Luke McCaffrey (Valor Christian High School / Littleton, CO). He announced the offer late on Tuesday. McCaffrey is the brother of 2017 Michigan quarterback signee Dylan McCaffrey and former Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey.

The offer came just one day after the Buckeyes offered 2019 quarterback Grant Tisdale. McCaffrey becomes the fourth quarterback offered by Ohio State in the 2019 class.

McCaffrey (6-1 180) is rated the No. 24 athlete in the nation per 247Sports. He also holds offers from Michigan, Colorado, Colorado State, and Duke.

He was the backup to his brother Dylan last season, so he only attempted seven passes for Valor Christian. He did run the ball 23 times for 245 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught 47 passes for 717 yards and nine touchdowns. He is expected to take over the starting job this coming season as a junior.

You can watch his highlights below.
