Jake Stoneburner, Noah Brown, Marcus Baugh
Plays receiver, tight end, tailback and defensive line for his high school team. A big receiver who can handle the ball in traffic. Able to take simple plays and turn them into bigger plays. Should flourish once he is allowed to focus on one position.
With only one tight end with experience on the roster, the Buckeyes will be looking for at least two more to contribute. Unfortunately for Hawkins, they will probably be looking for a blocking tight end or two. Hawkins is more of a flex tight end at the moment, but can grow into an all-around tight end, similar to Marcus Baugh. A redshirt year is likely for Hawkins as he learns the finer points of blocking.
