Projected Spring Depth Chart: Special Teams
By Brandon Castel

COLUMBUS, Ohio — If you think Urban Meyer is only concerned with offense, you haven’t spent a day watching Ohio State practice this spring.

The Buckeyes’ new head coach is very much involved with everything Tom Herman and Ed Warinner are trying to implement offensively, but Meyer also has a second love—or maybe first love, depending how you look at it.

He seems to have a extra twinkle in his eye when the Buckeyes start practice special teams, especially the punt and punt block plays. Wide receivers coach Zach Smith is also heavily involved with the special teams.

Here is a brief preview of what Ohio State’s two-deep looks like this spring in the third phase of the game.
