NCAA Tournament Primer: #6 Ohio State vs #11 Dayton

The Buckeyes
This will be Ohio State's 26th NCAA Tournament appearance. They are 48-24 all-time in the tournament. The Buckeyes have reached the Sweet 16 four consecutive years, which is the longest streak in the country.

The current Ohio State roster has 53 games of combined NCAA Tournament experience. Aaron Craft has played in 12 NCAA Tournament games. The Buckeyes are 8-5 against NCAA Tournament teams this season. 

The Flyers
This will be Dayton's 15th NCAA Tournament appearance, and the first since the 2008-09 season. Their all-time tournament record is 14-16. The Flyers have won 10 of their last 12 games this season. 

Dayton has reached the Sweet 16 six times, the Elite Eight twice, and was national runner-up in 1967. The Flyers went 3-2 against "BCS" teams this season, with both losses coming at the buzzer. 

The Series
Ohio State is 4-2 all-time against Dayton, but have only played them once in the last 25 years. That came in 2008 in the NIT, which Ohio State won 74-63.
