Scouting Report
Hooker is one of the best athletes in Ohio State's class, and if you want proof of that, just check his dunks on YouTube. Both a safety and receiver, Hooker's size is an immediate plus as a defender. Along with his reach, he has very good range and can cover a lot of ground. Able to make plays on the football and with the football.

Immediate Projection
With the Buckeyes graduating three safeties, there is obviously a need for young players to step up. Hooker will start out in back of a bunch of young players, but will given chances with the second team here and there. He is still learning the game, so that might hold him back for a season.
