Scouting Report
Samuel has elite speed, but also possesses incredible quickness and agility to make defenders miss. He gets to his top speed quickly. Will need to add some weight, but has the frame to do so. Was able to avoid tacklers solely with his speed in high school, but will need to grow accustomed to the physical contact of college football.

Immediate Projection
There is a bit of a glut at the positions that Samuel is expected to play, but in the ever-present search for playmakers, if he's ready, he'll play. With Dontre Wilson and possibly Jalin Marshall already commanding snaps at the H-back, however, there may not be a need for Samuel immediately.
