Michigan’s Karan Higdon Guarantees Win Over Ohio State

Any concerns whether the Ohio State football team would be inspired for its game against arch-rival Michigan have probably been answered. Monday, Wolverine running back Karan Higdon followed in his coach’s footsteps and guaranteed a win over the Buckeyes this Saturday. A reporter referenced the fact that then-Michigan quarterback Jim Harbaugh guaranteed a win over OSU in 1986, and asked if Higdon would do the same this year. “Yeah, I do,” Higdon said. “That’s how I feel. I believe firmly in my brothers, and this team, and this coaching staff, and as a captain, I’ll take that stand. Why not?”
