Buckeyes Debut at No. 22 in Latest AP Top 25 Poll

For the first time since the 2014-2015 season when they were 21-8 and ranked No. 23 in the nation, the Ohio State men’s basketball team is once again ranked in the AP Top 25 poll.

On the heels of wins over Maryland and Rutgers this week, as well as a win over then-No. 1 Michigan State eight days ago, the 15-4 Buckeyes made their debut in the poll at No. 22.

Thanks to identical 6-0 conference marks, Ohio State is tied at the top of the Big Ten standings with the No. 3 Purdue Boilermakers.

Many thought that it would take Chris Holtmann a year or two to get the Buckeyes back into the rankings, but it only took 19 games. Not too shabby.
