The 2017 Heisman Trophy was awarded to Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield about six weeks ago or so, which means it is now time to start worrying about the 2018 edition of college football’s most well-known media award.
Thanks to a tweet from Ralph Russo of the Associated Press on Tuesday, the non-betting world was made aware that betting site Bovada had released the odds on the 2018 Heisman Trophy. Of possible personal interest to Ohio State fans, Buckeyes J.K. Dobbins and Nick Bosa are two bets they are currently taking. Dobbins has the fifth-best odds at 12/1, while Nick Bosa has the worst odds of the 23 names listed at 75/1. You can still make a cool $7,500 on a $100 bet on Nick Bosa, however.
Here are the latest odds since the initial release.
What do you think? Is there a Buckeye missing from this list?
