The Ohio State football team opened its 2018 season with a 77-31 win over the Oregon State Beavers.
The Buckeye offense racked up 721 total yards, but the defense was gashed for three long touchdowns, including two on back-to-back possessions in the third quarter.
Defensive end Nick Bosa helped add to the final tally, recovering a fumble in the end zone for a touchdown.
It was the first game in charge for acting Ohio State head coach Ryan Day, and it was an unusual one.
A long lightning delay turned halftime into a more than hour-long break.
Below, you can watch the Buckeyes discuss the win, the emotions of the day, and what they need to improve on before opening Big Ten play next Saturday against Rutgers.
