Ohio State vs. Nebraska: Kickoff Time, Tickets, TV, Streaming, Weather

Ohio State football Ohio Stadium Horseshoe Columbus

The No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes (7-1 overall, 4-1 B1G) are back home for the second straight weekend return home Saturday to face Nebraska (2-6, 1-4).

The Bucks come in off of a bye week. Nebraska beat Bethune-Cookman 45-9 last weekend.

This is the penultimate game on the Buckeyes’ home schedule this fall. After this, there are just two road trips before The Game.

Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy Ohio State vs. Nebraska.

Kickoff Time

The game kicks off Saturday, November 3 at noon Eastern.

TV & Streaming

You can watch the game on FOX, or stream it via the FoxSportsGo app. Joe Davis, Brady Quinn, and Bruce Feldman are on the call.

Radio

The game will be carried live on the Ohio State Football Radio Network. Find your local Ohio State Football radio station here.

Weather

The forecast for the action on the field might be a little uncertain, but the weather looks like it should be championship-caliber.

As of Wednesday, there is no rain in the forecast. Expect partly-cloudy skies, with a high around 51 toward the end of the game.

Point Spread

Ohio State opened as a 22.5-point favorite, but that line quickly dropped to 18.

Translation: A whoooooooole lot of people put a lot of money on the Huskers.

The Over/Under is 72.5.

If the spread and Over/Under hit pretty close to exactly, the Buckeyes would win roughly 45-27.

Tickets

This is your last chance to see the Buckeyes play in the Horseshoe in person this year without having to pay The Game prices.

The “get in the door” price is currently $65 on the official Ticket Exchange, and those prices should continue to fall as kickoff gets closer.

As of Wednesday afternoon, you can get seats on the 50 in A deck for $160.

Tickets should be reasonable and plentiful if you’re still in the market for some. However, you might not want to go the old-fashioned route and scalp a seat outside the Horseshoe.

OSU has said that they have seen a big increase in fakes, especially with “print at home” tickets.

They suggest you only buy tickets through Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, and Buckeyes Ticket Exchange.

If you’re willing to risk buying from a scalper or a fan with extra tickets outside the stadium, look for someone with traditional-style tickets, not print-at-homes.

Gates at Ohio Stadium open at 10:00 am, two hours prior to kickoff.

Costumes

Halloween will be three days in the past by the time kickoff rolls around, but the Buckeyes are playing dress-up on Saturday anyway.

OSU will be wearing black uniforms for the game, and has requested that all fans come in black as well.

If things don’t go well during the game, please try to keep the funeral jokes to a minimum.

Ohio Stadium Bag Policy

You may not bring bags or purses of any size into Ohio Stadium. According to OSU’s website, “Wallets and wristlets no larger than 5”x8”x1” are permitted. All items and persons entering Ohio Stadium are subject to security screening and inspection.” You can find the complete bag policy here.

Skull Session

The band’s traditional pregame warmup concert starts at 10:00 am in St. John Arena. Doors at St. John open two hours prior to the start of Skull Session, at 8:00 am.

Parking

Lots surrounding the stadium and St. John Arena are restricted to permit holders only. Parking in other campus lots, such as on West Campus, is available for $20 per car. Current A, B, and C parking pass holders can park in those lots for free.
