The Buckeyes’ 36-31 win over Nebraska represented a relatively quiet day for OSU quarterback Dwayne Haskins.
He completed 18-of-32 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns. It was the second-lowest passing yardage total for Haskins this year, behind only the Rutgers game when he barely played for a half.
Of course, 252 yards also matched Braxton Miller’s career high for passing yards in a game (2013 vs. Penn State)
It’s just another indication of how much Haskins has changed the expectations for what it means to be an OSU quarterback.
Saturday, with basically zero fanfare, he broke the OSU single-season record for completions.
Now, he’s on the verge of breaking the school single-season records for passing yards and passing touchdowns as well.
There are still three regular season games left, and he is already insanely high on many categories in the Ohio State football record book – for single game, single season, and even career stats.
Here’s a look at where he ranks on every major OSU passing record.
