With the recent, public collapse of the Alliance of American Football, I’ve had a few conversations about a pro football league’s chance of sustainable success. If nothing else, it’s interesting to discuss if a league even has a chance of survival, given the popularity and dominance of the National Football League.
Redshirt junior defensive end Sam Hubbard took part in Ohio State’s annual Senior Tackle last week, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s headed to the NFL after this season. Senior Tackle is a long-standing tradition at Ohio State and gives the departing seniors one last run at a tackling dummy. But it’s also much more.
