The offer came just one day after the Buckeyes offered 2019 quarterback Grant Tisdale. McCaffrey becomes the fourth quarterback offered by Ohio State in the 2019 class.
McCaffrey (6-1 180) is rated the No. 24 athlete in the nation per 247Sports. He also holds offers from Michigan, Colorado, Colorado State, and Duke.
