According to Bruce Feldman of Sports Illustrated, Ohio State defensive coordinator Greg Schiano will be staying at Ohio State and not taking a position with the New England Patriots.
Greg Schiano tells me he is staying at #OhioState contrary to reports from Monday that he was leaving for the Patriots. Big day for the Buckeyes. Schiano played a key part in landing top OT Nick Petit-Frere out of Tampa.

Schiano has been reportedly connected to the open defensive coordinator job with the New England Patriots in recent weeks.
Urban Meyer is speaking with the media on Wednesday and will likely address this report shortly. We will have more on this situation later in the day.
Big day recruiting wise getting the number #1 offensive tackle and potential DE prospect, but also could be even bigger that Coach Schiano is staying. With Grinch coaching the secondary and co-DC, now all we need is to add Marcus Freeman as LB coach and move Billy Davis to Special Teams Coach.
