Five-star Pennsylvania wide receiver Julian Fleming announced his Top 10 on Tuesday and the Buckeyes made the cut. Also joining Ohio State were Alabama, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Michigan, Southern California, Clemson, LSU, Florida, and Penn State.

Fleming tweeted out the news.

Fleming (6-2 205) plays for Southern Columbia High School in Catawissa, Pennsylvania and is ranked the No. 1 receiver in the 2020 class and the No. 5 player overall per the 247Sports Composite.

As a junior, he caught 78 passes for 1,524 yards and 22 touchdowns.

Back in July, Fleming tweeted out a top six of Virginia Tech, Georgia, Ohio State, Penn State, USC, and Clemson, so who knows what his next list will look like.

Fleming has visited Ohio State a number of times, showing up twice in November and once in June.

There are currently 12 Crystal Ball predictions, with two belonging to Ohio State and the other 10 pointing towards Penn State.

As a player, Julian Fleming is a strong receiver who is explosive after the catch. You can also see his explosion in his basketball highlights below. Even at 6-foot-2, he can dunk the ball with ease while standing underneath the basket.

The Buckeyes currently have five commitments in the 2020 class, all of whom are on the offensive side of the ball. Four-star Texas prospect Jaxon Smith-Njigba is the only receiver currently committed. He is ranked the No. 66 player at his position.

Ohio State does already have their quarterback for the 2020 class in Arizona’s Jack Miller. Miller mentioned Fleming this summer as a target that he would personally be recruiting for the Buckeyes.

There are also a number of other receivers Ohio State is in on in the 2020 recruiting class, including 5-star Washington DC receiver Rakim Jarrett. The Buckeyes are the heavy favorite to secure his commitment.

Ohio State could also be adding 4-star Washington receiver Gee Scott today, as the Buckeyes are favored in his recruitment and he is scheduled to announce his commitment on Christmas Day. He has not yet made any announcement.

Update: Gee announced his commitment to Ohio State.
