Faced with a devastating diagnosis, William White (’92) did not despair. He turned to his faith and his family, and he asked, “How can I help?” Though his body is growing weaker, White’s spirit is growing stronger, nourished by this chance to shine light on Ohio State’s medical research and the quest for a cure. Proceeds from this event will go to the William White Family Fund to beat ALS and to inTeam.
Agenda will include:
• 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. – inTeam Dinner honoring William White. Join William White, JD Bergman, and a host of Buckeye greats as we break bread and honor William with a dinner prior to the Inspiration Awards. This dinner will feature a time for meet and greet with everyone, a sit-down with the athletes and coaches, and words of inspiration from William’s brothers in arms. A limited number of these tickets are available due to space. This event is open for all that purchase the “inTeam Dinner honoring William White” ticket.
• 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Doors Open for Inspiration Award Ceremony. Book Signing – “Buckeyes for Life”, written by Tom Levenick.
• 7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. – inTeam Inspiration Award Ceremony, including talks by Jim Tressel, Chris Spielman, Urban Meyer, JD Bergman, William White, and others.
Dress is sharp casual.
