Silver Bullets Podcast — OSU Traditions and Other Off-Season Fun

Ohio State Podcast Silver Bullets Podcast Ohio State Football

We’re back for our June off-season edition of the Silver Bullets Podcast and we’re taking a slightly different approach. Not having lots of exciting news to bring you, we tried our hand at a few topic ideas that talk more broadly about the Ohio State football team.

On this show, we discussed our favorite Ohio State traditions and which ones we hold most dear. We discussed which incoming freshmen, who didn’t enroll early, that we’re most excited to see on the field on both offense and defense. And we looked at who might be players that come out of nowhere a la Malik Hooker a couple of years back.

With the announcement of the start times of six of Ohio State’s games this fall, we went through the schedule and tried to predict the other start times and networks for the remaining regular season games. We also talked a bit about the summer trend of picking That Team Up North to win the B1G this season and why that seems to be the sexy choice for college football pundits in the lead-up to the 2019 season.

There’s also just a bit of recruiting news in case you missed it, just for good measure.

That’s our show this month. We’ve got one more monthly episode to come in July and then in August we’ll start to ramp up for the season and get back to our weekly schedule starting the week before the Florida Atlantic game.

  1. The download is still the show after last year’s Tulane game.
