How To Watch Ohio State vs. Indiana: Kickoff Time, TV, Streaming

Ohio State Indiana B1G Big Ten Football

The Buckeyes are set to open their 2019 Big Ten season on Saturday. Here’s everything you need to know to watch Ohio State vs. Indiana.

OSU leads the all-time series with the Hoosiers by a total of 74-12-5. But when you consider how the series started, it’s not even as close as that sounds.

The Buckeyes have won 24 straight in the series, dating back to a tie against the Hoosiers in 1990.

Indiana beat the Bucks in 1987 and 1988. Those are the Hoosiers’ only two wins in this series since 1951.

This year’s IU team enters with a 2-0 record, thanks to wins over Ball State and Eastern Illinois.

The Buckeyes are also 2-0, having knocked off Florida Atlantic and Cincinnati.

Kickoff Time

The game kicks off Saturday, September 14 at 12:00 pm Eastern.

TV & Streaming

You can watch the game on FOX, or stream it via Fox Sports Live. Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt, and Jenny Taft are on the call.

Radio

The game will be carried live on the Ohio State Football Radio Network. Find your local Ohio State Football radio station here.

Weather

The high for Saturday is projected at 83 with partly cloudy skies and a light breeze.

You can find an updated weekend forecast for the Indiana campus area here.

Point Spread

The Buckeyes are a 16.5-point favorite against the Hoosiers. The Over/Under for the game is 61.

The point spread is identical to the number OSU was giving against Cincinnati last weekend, although the over/under is six points higher.

If you want to combine those numbers, that means Vegas is expecting something in the neighborhood of a 39-23 win for Ohio State.

Tickets

There are still plenty of tickets available through the Indiana ticket office. You can get seats right on the 50 for $105 for adults or $15 for kids 18 and under. (Yes, fifteen dollars for a kid to sit on the 50.)

College students from schools other than IU can get in for just $15, but the Indiana website specifies that the ID can’t be from Ohio State.

If you happen to be a Buckeye fan attending Dayton or Cincinnati or any college other than OSU, this could be your lucky day.

The “get in the door” price on the secondary market is hovering around $60 as of Tuesday night. As usual, you can expect that to drop as game day and kickoff time approaches.

Gates at Memorial Stadium will open at 10:30 am, 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Memorial Stadium Bag Policy

You may bring clear bags into Memorial Stadium. Acceptable bags include clear plastic bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.

According to IU’s website, Clutch bags no larger than 4.5”x 6.5” are permitted.

You can’t bring in backpacks, camera cases, cinch bags, fanny packs, computer bags, and similar items. If you’re not sure, check the Memorial Stadium bag policy website.

Parking

IU recommends that you purchase a parking pass in advance, but they don’t have them listed for this game on their ticket office website, so good luck!

The lots on the south side of 17th Street (shown in red on that map) are probably your best bet if you’re rolling into town without a prepaid pass.

You can find a complete map of Indiana gameday parking here.

Parking lots open five hours before kickoff.
