Ohio State Buckeyes football assistant coach defensive coordinator Greg Mattison

The No. 6 Ohio State Buckeyes open Big Ten play this weekend at Indiana.

The Hoosiers and Bucks are both 2-0 on the season.

OSU enters the game coming off a 42-0 blowout of Cincinnati. IU has beaten Ball State and Eastern Illinois to open the year.

This marks the first true road game Ryan Day has faced as OSU’s head coach. He has previously coached four home games, and a neutral-site matchup with TCU in Arlington.

The Buckeyes hold a 74-12-5 advantage in the series overall, and last lost to the Hoosiers in 1988.

Tuesday in Columbus, head coach Ryan Day, co-defensive coordinator Greg Mattison, running backs coach Tony Alford, quarterback Justin Fields, linebacker Pete Werner, wide receiver K.J. Hill, and bullet Brendon White.
