The Buckeyes gained only 16 yards in the first quarter, but somehow escaped with a 3-0 lead. With 296 total yards and 24 points in the second quarter, the game was effectively over. The Buckeye travel to Northwestern next, after a bye week, then they’re back home to face the rising 8-9 ranked Wisconsin Badgers in the Horseshoe.
