Ohio State co-offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson met with reporters prior to practice on Tuesday. He answered a number of questions about the Buckeye offense and the talented personnel on hand. Also speaking with the media were fifth-year senior quarterback Chris Chugunov, fifth-year nose tackle Davon Hamilton, junior cornerback Jeff Okudah, and redshirt sophomore center Josh Myers.

Ohio State tried really hard this week not to give me much to gripe about. For much of the game I didn’t have a whole lot of complaints. COLUMBUS — On Monday, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day announced that sophomore transfer Justin Fields will be taking the first snap at quarterback for the Buckeyes in the home opener against Florida Atlantic University later this month. Fields beat out Kentucky graduate transfer Gunnar Hoak as well as senior Chris Chugunov to win the starting job.
